We ship with DHL for reliable and fast delivery. For orders within Italy, shipping typically takes 1-2 business days. For other EU countries, expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Worldwide shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number can be used on the DHL website to monitor your package's journey. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your account under "My Orders". For any tracking issues, please contact our support team.

Important: Due to food safety regulations, food products are not eligible for regular returns. However, we do accept returns/replacements under these conditions:

• Damaged or spoiled products: If items arrive damaged or spoiled, we'll replace them or issue a refund.
• Incorrect items: If you receive items different from what you ordered.
• Package issues: If physical package damage affects the products.
