Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with DHL for all our shipments to ensure reliable, traceable delivery of your authentic Cameroonian food products. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or due to customs procedures for international shipments.

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number. You can track your package by clicking the tracking link in the email or entering the tracking number on the DHL website. If you created an account when checking out, you can also track your order in the "My Orders" section of your account.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with DHL. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that these charges are not included in the shipping cost and vary by country. We declare all packages with their correct value and cannot mark items as gifts to avoid customs fees.

Return Policy for Food Products

Limited Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products being food items, we have a limited return policy to ensure quality and safety:

  • Damaged or spoiled products: If you receive products that are damaged, spoiled, or compromised in any way, we will replace them or issue a refund.
  • Incorrect items: If you receive items different from what you ordered, we will arrange for the correct items to be sent or issue a refund.
  • Package issues: If your package arrives with physical damage that affects the products inside, we will address this on a case-by-case basis.

Important: To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

Important Notice: Food products are not eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations. The following situations are also not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed (unless they were defective)
  • Perishable goods that have expired due to improper storage after delivery
  • Items that were correctly delivered but are no longer wanted
  • Personal taste preferences or if you simply didn't like a product
  • Gift cards

For food safety reasons, all food items are considered final sale once delivered. We can only accept returns or issue refunds if items arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

How to Report Issues

  1. Contact us immediately: Email us at info@chezmagni.com or call +39 320 293 4291 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Document the issue: Take clear photos of the damaged items, packaging, or any other issues encountered.
  3. Provide order details: Include your order number and describe the specific problem with the products you received.
  4. Await our response: Our team will review your case and contact you within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Refunds and Replacements

For eligible issues, we offer either a replacement (when available) or a refund to your original payment method. If a partial order is affected, we'll only refund or replace the problematic items. Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
